Due to the ever-expanding tech and entrepreneur community in Kitchener, many companies are locating in the Innovation District to take advantage of the Lang Tannery, other trendy office buildings, and Communitech. The recent addition of the Google Development Headquarters and the future Transit Hub have increased popularity of this area and many new companies are already relocating there.
