Exciting Project Updates for Avenue M and Station Park

We've got some exciting updates to share with everyone this week.
First, we are continuing to see exceptional demand for new construction projects in the Waterloo Region, a 'rising tech superstar city' as noted in a recent TD Bank report.
Second, Phase 1 of Avenue M has SOLD OUT in a matter of weeks with the entire project being over 75% sold.
Finally, based on exceptional demand for Station Park, additional units have been released as part of the Phase 2 release. With the entire project over 70% sold, the window to purchase at current market prices is closing fast.
Therefore construction prep is currently underway at Station Park, with existing buildings on the construction site under demolition.
