Ideally located opposite the Google office at 607 King St. W Kitchener and with some of the most unique amenities known to local condo developments, Station Park continues to be Kitchener-Waterloo's most anticipated new development. Although the first two towers of Station Park have been completely sold out and construction well underway, there still remain opportunities to own through the purchase of available assignment units. Take a look at unit 1507 a 1+den with parking in Tower 1 and unit 2804 a 1+den with parking in Tower 2.
The release of Tower 3 is scheduled for early 2022 and Airbnb licences will be available for purchase with those units. These licenses will allow owners to use their units as short term rentals (STRs) which is an unique and attractive investment feature for the Region, as many Kitchener-Waterloo condo buildings currently prohibit STRs.
