Hey Everyone,
How about this weather? Finally we’re getting some much deserved sunshine and hey, even a Maple Leafs win! What a great week so far :) With any luck, the sunshine will continue through the weekend and who knows, maybe there’s even another win in our future!
First off, we wanted to thank all of you who participated in our Perfect Condo Challenge a few weeks back. We have awarded a winner and wanted to thank everyone who participated. For those of you who didn’t walk away with the win this time, keep an eye on our newsletter and socials over the coming weeks as we’ll be introducing more giveaways and chances to win some awesome local prizes and experiences!
There were some amazing responses on this round and we had a lot of fun reviewing all of the things that are most important to you and make up your dream condo. We are working on a number of new buildings at the moment and your feedback is one of the most important ways we can ensure that buildings we help bring to market give you everything you need and get as close as possible to creating that dream for you.

The Wild
In-Building Licensed Bar - There are some legal considerations to work through here but this may or may not be already in the works ;)
A Lazy River with a Swim Up Bar - Yes! We’re all for resort living! Expensive to build but we agree this would be a ton of fun!
A Pole - Fireman’s pole? Dancing pole? Pole vault pole? We’re not sure what kind of pole was intended here either but it sounds pretty wild to us. If this was you, perhaps you can enlighten us as to what type of pole belongs in your dream building ;)
It’s own Hockey Rink - Now we’re talking. A number of our team members play and would love this too. If we can find a way to get this built, at least a few of us are moving in with you! For those of you who just like to skate, check out the ice skating loop planned at our Station Park development in Kitchener.
An on-site Helipad - Ok, seriously? If you’ve seen our DUO trailer video, you know we love helicopters too. We’re not sure who this mystery person is that responded with this request, but if you’re reading this, can we please have a ride in your helicopter?
