Maybe, maybe not but the amenities at this one will definitely make you rethink how you could live.

The first 2 buildings at Station Park are nearing completion and excitement is definitely in the air. It’s easy to see these projects at the beginning when they’re first being released and get excited about the fancy, glamorous renderings that are characteristic of any new development project. Sometimes the buildings meet expectations and unfortunately sometimes they do not. But there are also times when the spaces in real life actually exceed what you were expecting even from even the most dramatic of renderings. At CC, those moments and seeing our customer’s reactions when they walk through a building like this for the first time are some of the most enjoyable and rewarding moments of what we do.

Such is the case at Station Park. Seeing this space come together in real life has everyone taking a second look at this building as a place to rent, invest or buy and move in themselves. The amenities at this project are absolutely insane and are turning out even better than we imagined when we first brought this project to market just over 3 years ago. The building even has members of our CC team dreaming and scheming of ways we could convince our significant others to move out of our current places and move in here. We’ll try to describe these to you in words and pictures but take it from us when we say these spaces are incredible and need to be seen in person to fully appreciate what life could be like here.

Picture yourself heading down to your very own bowling alley with friends or little ones, starting every day with workout or spin class in the building’s private spin studio and fitness centre or jumping into the pool and doing some morning laps in the swim spa. Life is what you make it but life here has the potential to be really, really good. And the best part for those planning on residing here long term is there will only be more ways to stay fit and entertain yourself as the next buildings are finished. From an outdoor winter skating loop, dog park, movie theatre, kids play centre, running track, terrace hot tubs, outdoor fire pits, yoga decks, shops, cafes, restaurants and more, this community is only going to keep getting better in the coming years. When this project is finished, living here will be more akin to living at a resort than in a standard condo building.
